Submit Maintenance Reports, Complaints, Pet Applications or Cell-to-Gate requests
A fee of R100 is charged for the activation of tenants on the cell-to-gate system and thereafter for the Annual Renewal. This fee must be paid to the Managing Agent to allow access. The fee is only applicable to all tenants; cell-to-gate activation of Owners is free of charge. Please take note that no requests from tenants will be accepted, for security purposes. The owner of the unit has to complete the form below and provide consent.

This pet application forms part of the Conduct Rules. Owners/residents/tenants (‘Pet Keepers’) will only be allowed to keep pets once the trustees approve the pet application. Pet Keepers are required to submit a separate Pet Application for each individual pet. Pet Keepers are bound by the rules (‘Pet Rules’) of this Pet Application. Non-adherence to Pet Rules may result in Pet Keepers being fined and/or the Pet Application approval being cancelled and/or revoked.
