We provide the trustees with a detailed monthly Cash Flow Statement as well as a Rent Roll, in order to keep them informed of all income received and expenses paid on behalf of the Body Corporate. Furthermore, the trustees are being provided with a monthly Budget Variance report to manage spending and ensure that the expenses are within the approved budget. The trustees are being provided with detailed arrears analysis report showing notes from the attorneys on the progress on cases handed over.
