Proper and applicable credit control is extremely important for any Body Corporate and we assist the trustees in taking the appropriate action to collect outstanding levies. Credit Control Procedures are decided by the newly elected trustees after every annual general meeting.
In this regard the Body Corporate mandates us to institute appropriate legal action against debtors on behalf of the Body Corporate. The Body Corporate can also advise us in the event of any transgression of the Conduct Rules or any Architectural Guidelines, regulation or any rule by any owner and/or tenant for which legal action must be instituted.
